From 06 Aug, DDA has announced new Residential Scheme to allot around 5000 Flats in Delhi. These flats will be allotted on Freehold basis. The purpose of scheme is to provide housing to all sections of Society.
Under this scheme DDA will offer One Bedroom, two bedrooms, three bedrooms and expandable flats. These flats are located in Pritampura, Dwarka, Motia Khan, Paschim Vihar, Dilshad Garden, Vasant Kunj, Narela, Shalimar Park, Jhilmil, Nand Nagri, Peeragarhi, Rohini, Bindapur, Rohini and Sarai Khalil.
The approx cost of these flats will vary from Rs. 7.2 Lakhs to Rs. 77 Lakhs depending upon the Location and the Area. The size of flat will vary from 39.39 Sq. M to 158 Sq.Mtr. An allottee has to pay Free Hold charges as well.
The Registration amount for this scheme is Rs. 1.5 Lakhs.
The Applicant can have 5 preferences. Allotment will be made through computerized draw and will be displayed on website of DDA and notice board of Vikas Sadan.
