With facing finance crunch and to become competitive, builder has come up with innovative scheme of Assured Return. Usually assured returns are guaranteed for 10 Years and this amount is usually varied from 8-10 %.  Such schemes are ‘win-win’ situation for both customers, Builders and Industry. With assured returns, a investor has to give away the Fear of being losing value of their investment in Commercial Space. For builders, their work becomes more streamlined in term of Leasing out space to end user.

One should be careful, while choosing the builder, scheme and property.  Being a commercial investment, one should look at commercial activities in future in that region. For e.g. an IT hub in Gurgaon will definite have good returns than an IT hub in Faridabad.
